KV-9/Object 229 Heavy Tank

The KV-9 was a Russian heavy tank project. The KV-9 had a rate of fire of 2 rounds per minute (30 seconds between shots), able to aim within 5-6 seconds. The tank passed trials but was rejected anyway, partly because a 76 mm gun was adequate and deemed superior.
